sevensim: Understanding the future before it happens.

Clarify data. Simulate the future.

We are shaping the training of tomorrow, making data more precise and thus creating a basis for decision-making for safe and efficient products. Our simulators drive innovation and lay the foundations for autonomous systems. We have already impressively demonstrated what we can do in the field of industrial trucks – and are now revolutionizing the world of mobile machinery. Data-driven, future-oriented, indispensable.

7 questions, 7 answers

What makes your simulators really unique?

Our simulators are modular, extremely practical to use and ideal for training rooms. They work with conventional household sockets (230 volts) and, thanks to their pallet dimensions, can be easily stored, moved by forklift or transported by truck. An integrated transport system also facilitates assembly and mobility on site. At the same time, they are compact enough to be easily set up in almost any training room.

Who are your solutions intended for?

Our simulators are ideal for training providers as well as manufacturers and their development departments that work with moving systems. Whether forklifts, construction machinery or other mobile equipment – our solutions enable practical training and realistic test scenarios. In this way, we help companies to train their employees efficiently and develop innovative technologies safely.

What are the benefits of learning with VR simulators? Why do without the real environment?

The biggest advantage of VR lies in the spatial perception of the training content. Actively working in a three-dimensional environment makes it particularly intuitive to store new technical processes as skills in the brain. While reality remains irreplaceable, training in a real environment is becoming increasingly difficult due to downtime, high costs or environmental influences such as noise and cold. With our VR simulators, up to 80% of the learning content can be conveyed realistically – but users still have to pass the final practical test in a real vehicle.

How long does a typical project take from idea to implementation?

The duration of a project depends on the specific requirements, but is usually between 6 and 12 months. Thanks to our modular system, we can use existing components to shorten the development time. Smaller adaptations or extensions can often be implemented in just a few weeks.

How much does a simulator cost and what is the return on investment?

A simulator is certainly more than just a PC with a screen – it is an investment in high-quality technology that enables realistic training. The cost depends on the specific requirements, but the savings from reduced downtime, less wear and tear and more efficient training quickly justify the expense. We are happy to analyze your individual needs and provide a customized ROI calculation to illustrate the long-term added value for your company.

What does the future hold for sevensim?

Our vision is to establish VR simulation as an integral part of modern training and development. We are working on making our systems even more realistic and versatile – with technologies such as AI and advanced sensor technology. A key focus here is on the data generated: it must not only be analyzed, but also fed back into the development and training process in a targeted manner. This data cycle creates enormous added value, as it enables continuous improvements and makes knowledge available efficiently. Our goal: simulators that drive real innovation.

What has been the most exciting project you’ve worked on so far?

One of the most exciting projects was definitely the MotoGP simulator for KTM. Here we were able to use all our expertise in VR simulation to create a system that is not only used for the racers themselves, but also for technical set-up and rehabilitation. It was particularly fascinating to reproduce the movement dynamics of a racing bike so realistically that even MotoGP professionals say: “There’s nothing like it.” The challenge was to transfer the high precision and speed of the MotoGP world into a safe and flexible simulation environment – and at the same time make the experience as immersive as possible.
